Choose the service and doctor, select a date and time, add the owner and pet details, and confirm. If the slot is available, the appointment is booked immediately. There is no appointment booking fee.
Is emergency care available all day and night?
Yes. Emergency support is available 24/7, and the emergency route stays visible in the header for faster access.
Do pet parents get a member account?
Yes. Members can create pet profiles, manage bookings, see appointment status, message through inbox, and use Pawbot after login. Community posting is coming soon.
What can I do after signing in?
The member area keeps pet profiles, appointment status, bookings, and support communication together in one private account.
Can the hospital update services and fees easily?
The owner console controls services, fees, staff media, gallery media, contact details, and appointment visibility.
