Information we collect
Pet Nation may collect account and contact details, pet profile information, appointment details, uploaded images, feedback, and messages sent through member support tools. We also record security activity such as account creation, sign-in, sign-out, and verification events.
How information is used
We use this information to manage accounts and pet profiles, confirm appointments, provide hospital services, respond to support requests, operate Pawbot, moderate feedback, analyze account reliability, and protect the service from misuse.
Sharing and storage
Information is shared only with hospital personnel and service providers needed to operate authentication, hosting, storage, communications, and support features. Pet Nation does not sell personal information.
Website analytics
With your permission, Pet Nation uses first-party analytics to understand page visits, navigation, service and offer interest, booking progress, traffic sources, broad device categories, and website performance. This helps us improve the booking experience and understand which clinic information is useful.
Analytics does not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, medical notes, uploaded media, or the contents of form fields. Public visits use a random browser identifier; signed-in activity may be associated with a pseudonymous internal account ID. Raw analytics records are retained for up to 90 days. Daily summary statistics may be retained for up to 24 months. Booking-source attribution remains attached to the booking record for operational reporting.
Your choices
Members can update account and pet details from their account settings. Account deletion requests can also be initiated there. For additional privacy requests, contact Pet Nation using the hospital number listed in the footer.
