Appointments
Appointment requests are recorded when an available slot is selected. Pet Nation confirms the booking after the clinic team reviews it. There is no online appointment booking fee. Clinical, emergency, grooming, retail, and other hospital charges are separate.
Emergency care
The website is not an emergency monitoring service. For urgent help, call Pet Nation directly. The emergency charges displayed on the emergency page may apply in addition to clinical charges.
Accounts and media
Users are responsible for accurate account, pet, and booking information. Uploaded media must relate to the user’s pet or care request and must not violate another person’s rights.
Pawbot
Pawbot provides general navigation and support. It is not a veterinarian, does not diagnose conditions, and does not replace an examination or emergency call.
Feedback
Submitted feedback may be moderated before publication. Pet Nation may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unrelated to an experience with the hospital.
